How it Works:
On the first day of each month, you'll receive 6 KEY Releasing Negative Emotions session. You can join LIVE on Zoom or you can have you session (See list below) done after the live Zoom. Your session is expected to be under 3 minutes.
Month 1
Zoom: 5pm PT (8pm ET)
Virtual: 6pm PT (9pm ET)
Month 2
Zoom: 5pm PT (8pm ET)
Virtual: 6pm PT (9pm ET)
Month 3
Zoom: 5pm PT (8pm ET)
Virtual: 6pm PT (9pm ET)
What Are the Releasing Negative Emotions Sessions:
On the first day of each month, you'll receive the following 6 Releasing Negative Emotions sessions:
1. Heart-Walls
2. Absorbed Emotions
3. Procrastination
4. Creative Blocks
5. Low Self Esteem
6. Negative Self-Talk
This list is Michael's protocol each time he meets one-on-one. These 'releases' will keep you tuned-up month to month.
Two Ways to Participate:
On the 1st Day Each Month you will be invited to join the video Zoom call and will be sent the link and reminder email the day before.
- Join live zoom at 5-6pm PT (8ET) receive your session, or
- Your session will be done virtually between 6-7pm PT (9-10ET)
The sessions are fast, efficient, and effective. Michael Losier style.
You will receive an email reminder each month inviting you to join the Zoom event.
Unable to attend? That’s ok. For those who do not attend, you session will be done between 6-7pm PT (9-10ET). You’ll receive an email after your session is complete.
At the end of the 3-month package you are welcome to renew and join for another 3 months keep you reset and on track.
